What temperature setting should I start with? When you turn on the CoolDrift Versa system for the first time, the temperature setting will automatically start at 3. We recommend starting at 3 and adjusting for comfort. 1 is the warmest temperature setting and 5 is the coldest temperature setting. All temperature settings are effective in helping you with your sleep, so choose the temperature that is most comfortable for you.

Are there any ongoing costs for CoolDrift Versa? The removable fabric parts (headband straps and comfort layer) should be replaced when they become worn out or discolored from use.

Can I travel on a plane with the CoolDrift Versa system? The CoolDrift Versa system contains a Lithium Ion battery, so it can only be brought onto a plane in your carry-on luggage. It cannot be placed in your checked luggage. Its battery is 25 WH. It can be used while flying as long as all flight crew instructions are followed.
